We, the GSLAD Board received a positive news that GSLAD Men Basketball team won the championship at recent MAAD event last weekend.   This is the third time in MAAD's 63 years.  They had defeated the reigning champion and a very talented Denver team by 3 points, coming back from a 13-point halftime deficit.

We are proud to have 2008 Champions!  Congratulations to GSLAD Men Basketball team!

Let's wave our hands for them!  We could do that at our next general meeting on April 12th.

The event was MAAD's William N. Fraser: 63rd Annual Men's and 21st Annual Women's Reginal Basketball Tournament in Sioux falls, SD. during March 13-15, 2008.  The contributing sponsors have helped make things possible - Deaftax.com, Joseph Carrico and Sorenson Communications.

GSLAD Men Basketball Team needs all the help and support so attend the Final Four Party/Event on April 5th at GSLAD. Also congratulate them while there! Then they will be off the weekend of April 12th for USADB in Orlando, Florida. Let's root and pray for them to be the reigning Champions!
